TWO SHADES OF GREY

If I had to pick between wearing black or white, I’d pick grey.  I don’t think I can ever have enough grey.  There are so many shades of grey: heather, dark, light, etc..  I think grey gives off the feeling of ease and comfort.  It reminds me of sweats and loungewear, which is why I have put together this outfit.  It’s so easy and comfy to wear, but I don’t feel that it’s underdressed or too casual.  It’s a shopping outfit.  It’s a movie date outfit.  It’s a great outfit.

I’m wearing a Forever21 Open-Front Duster Coat in Heather Grey.  It’s under $40, and it just about goes with everything you can possibly wear this fall.  It’s in a sweatshirt, heavy knit material so it can transform anything you wear with it to casual wear.  Here’s a similar look.

This is a LnA Grey Maxi Dress that I got from SHOPBOP like five years ago on super ridiculous sale.  I think it was around $30+.  I have been following this clothing line for a while, and I love how it has stayed true to it’s original core: casual, soft and comfy clothing.  They have branched out to leather and active wear, but they are one of my go-tos when it comes to a perfect cotton tee.  Here are similar looks:

ZARA Long Dress in Grey Marl

Grey can be the easiest color to wear, (except when working out).  Casual and ease doesn’t mean lazy though. It means you can be fashionable and comfortable at the same time, so take advantage of that grey!

Like this comfy chic outfit?  Do you have a preference of black or white?  Let me know!  Thanks for reading and happy hump day!
