It’s the weekend and Urban Outfitters is my new #bff.  She’s having a sale that’s having a sale that ends on Monday, 10/12.  Here’s the run down: take an additional 30% off all sale items.  OR, if you’re a Urban On Insider member, (UO’s free smartphone App membership), then you get an extra 40% off all sale items.  I’m a savvy shopper so of course I have their app on my iPhone.  I took advantage of this sale the minute I saw their post on Instagram.  I tagged my fashionista friends and said, “Let’s shop!”   I tried on hats, shoes, dresses, etc that were all on sale.  Here are some of the loot that I got, and some that I recommend purchasing:

VANS

These Vans California Sk8-Hi Reissue Sneaker are on sale for $39.99 at the Urban Outfitters at Space 15 Twenty.  Because I’m a Urban On Insider, I got the additional 40% off AND I had a $10 reward from my past purchases, so I ended up paying less than $20 for these kicks that are NOT on sale at the online store (regular price $80).  Call your local UO store to see if they have these in stock.

OUT FROM UNDER

This Out From Under Drawstring Cropped Pant is the most comfy thing to wear, and it is ONLY $6, (after the 40% off Urban On Insider discount).  Six Dollars.  For some reason the price was $19.99 at the store I went to, but I told them that the price is $9.99 online and they matched the online price.  If you’re shopping in-store vs. online be sure to check prices to see which one is less expensive.  You’re welcome.

ONE TEASPOON

First, it’s One Teaspoon denim.  Second, it’s under $60 at sale price, which is already a great deal. BUT, you get an additional 30% or 40% off on top of that!  These One Teaspoon Hustler Bandit Short are going to run out fast.  If you live in LA or anywhere in SoCal, it’s currently 90+ degrees in the middle of October.  Trust me, you’ll get to wear these before it turns chilly.

FINDERS KEEPERS

I love this Finders Keepers Playground Tactics Dress!  I had a girlfriend of mine try this on at the store and she looked fabulous.  On the website it says that the dress fits small and that you should size up, but I think it’s quite the opposite.  My friend is 5’10” and tried on the medium like the model online and the dress looked too baggy on her.  The turtleneck and the nice thick fabric are great for a transition into fall piece.

WITHOUT WALLS

I have a thing for sports bras because I work out 4-5 days per week (read WORKOUT-AHOLIC).  I was thrilled when I first got the Without Walls T-Back Bra (in green as pictured) at the original sale price of $19.99, but now it’s under $12 with the additional sale.  Of course I jumped on the wagon and purchased it in maroon, which is running low in stock.  I love the T-back on this sports bra.  I wouldn’t wear it for any rigorous activities, but I wear it to hot yoga and spin class and my girls are well supported.
