Hi! I’m still here. Alive and well. Just took another long ass break from blogging. I probably typed up my opening sentence ten different times before I finally decided to just give up on apologizing. Yes, I know how long it’s been since my last blog post: one and half months. I sound like a broken record.
If you follow along on my IG Stories, then you would know that I didn’t feel like I had much to say. Not that I wasn’t motivated, I just didn’t feel like I had much to talk about. There wasn’t any topic that compelled me to get on my computer, post pics, tag items and type up something worthwhile for both you as a reader and me as a blogger.
However, nothing brings us back together like a good ol’ fashion #BlackFriday sale. I mean, that’s why you’re here, right? To find out what I think is bomb-diggity and a must-buy this Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Well, my most-wanted list goes from jewelry to workout clothes to coveted dresses. These are items I’ve waited all season, and for some, all year to purchase. They are already in my shopping cart ready for me to hit the ‘purchase’ button. You ready for this?
STONE COLD FOX
I’ve been eyeing this Kini Crop ever since it became available for pre-sale. I have this Porcelain print in the bloomers, and have been been dying to find it a matching companion. This top is EVERYTHING I want and more. It’s just the right amount of crop, and SCF does material and cut to perfection. The ONLY reason this is not already in my closet is because throwing down $185 for a top just doesn’t sit right with my stomach. I’m thankful that this top doesn’t even ship out until CyberMonday. Here’s to me snagging it up this Friday.
Let’s just say I won the lottery and had an unlimited budget to buy whatever the eff I want, this Garden Dress would be second on my list. Yeah, it’s that good, and doesn’t ship out until Dec. 19th. For anyone living where it gets colder than 65 degrees, this dress makes absolutely no sense for you as it’s currently the start of winter. However, yours truly lives in sunny LA, and this dress with a leather jacket is all I need for a chilly night out on the town.
TOUCHÉ LA
I basically live in workout clothes. 99.9% of my laundry are sports bras, workout pants and yoga towels. I wear A LOT of workout gear and I have to admit that TLA by Morgan Stewart is one of the few brands that holds my girls in place when I run or do any kind of intensive cardio. This Electric Red Cross Back Bra has been in and out of my shopping cart for over a year, and each time I hesitate to buy it gets sold out in my size. I know that this will be one of the first things to sell out on Black Friday, so my alarm is set for this purchase.
There’s no point in buying non-matching workout sets. The Electric Red Legging is something that must be purchased alongside it’s counterpart. I didn’t make the ‘matching-workout-gear’ rule. I just follow it.
Believe it or not, these are the comfiest and most seamless thongs I have ever worn. They really do just blend into the most fitted workout pants and contour dresses I’ve worn. Depending on that Black Friday deal, I will most likely get these with the Electric Red workout set.

I mean…do I have to explain why this dress is on my list? This Rahi Red Leopard Scarlett Dress is basically everything that I stand for: sexy, chic, printed, red, meow. Oh my gawd I’m in loooooveee! The price point is definitely worthy of purchasing rn, but why not take advantage of the inevitable Black Friday sale and snag it up while it’s still available in my size? I would have to literally throw myself off a bridge in disgrace if I didn’t wait until this Friday. I am just picturing myself in all the places I could wear this to.
I’ve been searching for some gold and rose gold huggies for over a year now. I have three piercing on each of my ears, and having a huggie on my cartilage piercing would just be such a convenience for my daily life. I’m sick of stud earrings snagging on my hair, hairbrush, etc. These huggies are way past due, and for $35 on sale rn, I can’t imagine what a better deal it will be by this Friday.

Let’s not hold back on any accessories. I’m on this hat kick craze, and this Lack of Color Midnight Muse Fedora is screaming my name!! I want! I want! And even though I have no room on my wall to hang another hat, I will be sure to welcome this black fedora with open arms. I wear a size S in hats, but have mistakenly purchased many of XS hats in the past. Just now acknowledged that I have been wearing hats wrong this whole time. Oops, just going to have to replace all the wrong sized hats with the right size ones. #oopsIdiditagain
OUTDOOR VOICES
I know what you’re thinking…this is the same thing as the TLA Electric Red Cross Back Bra. I beg the differ. This is not electric red, it’s scarlet. I can’t believe I said that with a straight face. Anyhew, Outdoor Voices is my other favorite workout brand, and I am pretty positive that they’re going to have a fabulous Black Friday Sale, so why not get myself the Key Bra?
You have to have seen this coming. Didn’t we just talk about the ‘matching-workout-gear’ rule? I love that workout brands are making their leggings in 7/8 lengths because I’m short AF, and these lengths are made for people like me. I love the TechSweat 7/8 Flex Legging because it sucks me in in all the right places.
JOANNA VARGAS
I received a newsletter from Joanna Vargas in my email today announcing that there will be some smashing Black Friday deals coming soon on their new website, and I can’t think of a better time to take advantage of this deal than now in order to replenish my Super Nova Serum . Y’all know I don’t mess around when it comes to skincare, and this serum is by far THE best nightly serum I have used to date. Yes, it’s pricey AF, but I swear on my external hard drive that contains every important information I need in life that this serum is worth your money. The link I have provided takes you to Nordstrom’s website, which is a great place for you to purchase the product if you are curious to try it. I recommend Nordstrom simply because they have a great return policy, so if by any means you may not love this as much as I do, which I seriously doubt, you can still return it.
My bank account is basically empty going on negative by now, so before I go on food stamps I’m going to stop adding more items to my Black Friday list. I hope you have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving holiday, and make sure you elbow your way to the front of the line for your must-haves.
